This Patek Philippe Nautilus watch keeps the same basic design appeal as the “Jumbo Nautilus” but with a 42mm, slightly thicker case. Beneath the white gold case and the black ribbed dial is the automatic Caliber 315 sealed with a sapphire-crystal case back.Â
The reference was first released in 2004 and was only produced for three years before being withdrawn in 2007, boosting it’s exclusivity.Â
