Return Window
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and certificates (if any).
Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping. You don’t pay any return shipping fees. Once you contact us, our support team will provide a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions for sending your item back safely.
How to Start a Return
Email our customer support at info@bomspace.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll confirm your eligibility and send you a prepaid return label.
Package the item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear in your account.
